Step 7: Make a Plan

“Settle matters quickly with your adversary who is taking you to court. Do it while you are still with him on the way, or he may hand you over to the judge, and the judge may hand you over to the officer, and you may be thrown into prison."   Matthew 5:25

Explanation:  Before you meet for final conciliation you must decide where, when, and who may attend.  Have a preliminary meeting first to get the issues on the table and to plan.  You must also make a spiritual pledge.  Keep knowledge of the details of the conflict to yourselves for now.  Decide what format for presenting the conflict will be followed.
