Step 3: Tell Three at Your Church

"If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church."  Matthew 18:17

Explanation:  If your attempts fail ask your church leaders to help you.  They will interview your two witnesses to confirm the conflict.  Ask them to get ready to appoint a panel of three neutral individuals to meet with you and the brother with whom you are in conflict.  These unbiased trained lay believers are called conciliators because their goal is to help disputants "reconcile."
