Step 1: Go One on One

“If your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over."  Matthew 18:15

Explanation: Take personal responsibility for your relationships, examine your own heart, and approach your fellow believer in a loving and humble way.  Try to resolve the conflict on your own.  The goal is reconciliation.
